Kurz nach der Veröffentlichung neuer Kollektionen und im Sale kann es zu längeren Lieferzeiten kommen . Sobald Ihre Bestellung unterwegs ist, erhalten Sie eine separate Versandbestätigung per E-Mail.
1. Versand
1.1 Die Lieferung erfolgt per DHL und erfolgt Weltweit.
1.2 Die Auslieferung für sofort verfügbare Ware erfolgt – sofern nicht anders vereinbart – innerhalb von sieben Werktagen nach Eingang des Rechnungsbetrages bei BlindMind Studios (bei Vorkasse) bzw. nach Abschluss des Paypal-Zahlungsvorganges bzw. nach Belastung ihrer Kreditkarte. Für Verzögerungen, die nicht in den Verantwortungsbereich von BlindMind Studios fallen übernimmt BlindMind Studios keinerlei Haftung.
1.3 Die Auslieferung für Pre-Order Ware erfolgt – sofern nicht anders vereinbart – innerhalb von 30 Werktagen nach Eingang des Rechnungsbetrages bei BlindMind Studios (bei Vorkasse) bzw. nach Abschluss des Paypal-Zahlungsvorganges bzw. nach Belastung ihrer Kreditkarte. Für Verzögerungen, die nicht in den Verantwortungsbereich von BlindMind Studios fallen übernimmt BlindMind Studios keinerlei Haftung.
1.4 Der Besteller ist zur Annahme der Ware verpflichtet.
1.5 Ist der Besteller Unternehmer, geht die Gefahr des zufälligen Untergangs und der zufälligen Verschlechterung der Ware mit der Übergabe, beim Versendungskauf mit der Auslieferung der Ware an den Spediteur, dem Frachtführer oder der sonst zur Ausübung der Versendung bestimmten Personen auf den Besteller über.
1.6 Ist der Besteller Verbraucher, geht die Gefahr des zufälligen Untergangs und der zufälligen Verschlechterung der verkauften Ware auch bei Versendungskauf erst mit der Übergabe der Ware auf den Besteller über. Der Übergabe steht es gleich, wenn sich der Besteller in Annahmeverzug befindet.
2. Verfügbarkeit Status
2.1 Ware die sofort verfügbar ist, ist dementsprechend auf den Produktseiten des Shops www.blindmindstudios.com , als sofort verfügbar gekennzeichnet. Sofort verfügbare Ware wird wie in 5.1.2 erläutert Versand.
2.2 Ware die nicht sofort verfügbar ist, ist als „Pre-Order“ oder „Vorbestellung“ gekennzeichnet.
2.3 Ware die als Pre-Order bzw. Vorbestellung gekennzeichnet ist, wird auf „First-come-first-served“ Basis Angeboten und ist streng limitiert.
2.4 Ware die als Pre-Order bzw. Vorbestellung gekennzeichnet ist, wird wie in 5.1.3 erläutert Versand.
3. Versandkosten
Zuzüglich zu den angegebenen Produktpreisen kommen noch Versandkosten hinzu.
DEUTSCHLAND 6,95€ & Rest 9,95€
- Zölle, Steuern und Rücksendungen bei internationalen Lieferungen (außerhalb der EU):
Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union (z. B. in das Vereinigte Königreich) können Einfuhrabgaben wie Zölle, Steuern (z. B. Mehrwertsteuer) und weitere Gebühren anfallen. Diese richten sich nach den Bestimmungen des jeweiligen Ziellandes und sind von der Empfängerin bzw. dem Empfänger der Ware zu tragen. Die Höhe dieser Abgaben hängt vom Ursprungsland und der Zolltarifnummer der Ware ab.
BLINDMINDSTUDIOS kann die genaue Höhe dieser Kosten nicht im Voraus angeben. Bitte informieren Sie sich vor Ihrer Bestellung beim örtlichen Zollamt über mögliche Gebühren.
Wir versenden mit DHL und sind stets bemüht, einen reibungslosen Versandablauf sicherzustellen. Sollte eine Zahlung der Zoll- oder Einfuhrgebühren durch den Kunden unterbleiben und das Paket daher nicht zugestellt werden können, wird es automatisch an uns zurückgesendet.
In diesem Fall behalten wir uns vor, die angefallenen Versandkosten (inkl. Rückversand und etwaiger Bearbeitungsgebühren) vom Erstattungsbetrag abzuziehen.
Eine vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags ist in solchen Fällen nicht möglich.

Shortly after new collection drops and in the sale it can come to longer delivery times. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.
1. Shipping
1.1 The delivery is made by DHL and takes place worldwide.
1.2 The delivery for immediately available goods takes place - unless otherwise agreed - within seven working days after receipt of the invoice amount by BlindMind Studios (in the case of advance payment) or after the PayPal payment process has been completed or after your credit card has been charged. BlindMind Studios assumes no liability for delays that are not the responsibility of BlindMind Studios.
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of pre-order goods takes place within 30 working days after receipt of the invoice amount by BlindMind Studios (in the case of advance payment) or after the PayPal payment process has been completed or after your credit card has been charged. BlindMind Studios assumes no liability for delays that are not the responsibility of BlindMind Studios.
1.4 The customer is obliged to accept the goods.
1.5 If the purchaser is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the purchaser upon handover, in the case of mail-order sales upon delivery of the goods to the freight forwarder, carrier or other person responsible for carrying out the shipment.
1.6 If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold only passes to the customer when the goods are handed over, even in the case of mail-order sales. The transfer is the same if the customer is in default of acceptance.
2. Availability Status
2.1 Goods that are immediately available are accordingly marked as immediately available on the product pages of the shop www.blindmindstudios.com. Goods that are immediately available will be dispatched as explained in 5.1.2.
2.2 Goods that are not immediately available are marked as "pre-order" or "pre-order".
2.3 Goods marked as pre-order are offered on a first-come-first-served basis and are strictly limited.
2.4 Goods marked as pre-order will be shipped as explained in 5.1.3.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices.

- Duties, Taxes and Returns for International Orders (Outside the EU):
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g., to the United Kingdom), customs duties, taxes (e.g., VAT), or other import charges may apply. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount depends on the country of origin and the product classification under local customs regulations.
BLINDMINDSTUDIOS cannot predict the exact charges in advance. Please consult your local customs office for information on potential import fees before placing an order.
We ship with DHL and always strive for a smooth delivery process. However, if customs duties or import charges are not paid and the parcel cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us.
In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred shipping costs (including return shipping and any handling fees) from the refund amount.
A full refund of the purchase amount is not possible in these cases.
